VISUAL IDENTITY SYSTEM FOR THE GERMANS FROM RUSSIA MUSEUM
OBJECTIVE

Creating a visual identity system for the Germans From Russia Museum located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Items include logos, business cards, a bus stop poster, a tote bag, letter heads, envelopes, and a front page for a website.
APPROACH

I chose the AHSGR (American Historical Society of Germans From Russia) because I wanted to use a museum not based solely on the arts, and I wanted to choose one I had never visited previously. I started by doing visual research of the building and objects held within the museum, then did online research of their website and additional research of the actual topic of the museum. I took inspiration from other museum's visual identity systems such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi's logo from 2014 along with their current website.
